Big C Retail Management Programs will prepare you to take over managing positions in Big C stores or Big C Head Office. In 1 – 3 years, you are expected to wear different hats:

  • A professional “soldier” in retail business: who understands the value chain in retail and masters all technical skills, with high availability and mobility
  • A team leader: who is able to guide and accompany his team to achieve performance
  • A market analyst: capable of proposing optimized sale solutions which best suit customer’s needs and trends.

For this, we create blended training programs, where on-the-job training needs to be coupled with academic courses, with the aim of equipping talents with

  • specific knowledge and skills in retail
  • fundamentals in business management
  • essential soft skills for leaders.
